Media post: Why Suspension Lift Kits Are Growing with Truck Sales

Image
Truck and SUV sales continue to dominate North American markets. As platforms like the Toyota Tacoma, Ford F-150, and Jeep Wrangler expand in popularity, one segment quietly grows alongside them: suspension lift kits. The rise isn’t accidental. It’s structural. Trucks Are No Longer Just Work Vehicles Modern trucks serve multiple roles: – Daily commuting – Recreational travel – Towing – Overlanding – Off-road adventure As buyers add accessories — steel bumpers, roof racks, drawer systems — factory suspension systems are often pushed beyond their intended load range. That’s where heavy duty suspension upgrades enter the picture. Lift Kits as Functional Upgrades Contrary to popular belief, suspension lift kits aren’t only aesthetic. They help: – Restore ride height after weight additions – Improve load handling – Increase clearance angles – Maintain alignment under added mass Vehicle-specific systems like Toyota Tacoma lift kits are engineered to address platform-spec...

Cyprus January 2026: BYD breaks share record, places Atto 3 at #3 in devastated market (-17.4%)

Image
The BYD Atto 3 ranks #3 in Cyprus in January. Data by our local partners SEMO Cyprus and INNOSOFT show a Cypriot market sinking -17.4% year-on-year in January to just 1,293 units. Kia (-25.4%) returns to the top spot it held over the Full Year 2025 with a dominant 14.5% share, and despite falling faster than the market. Toyota (-4.3%) follows ahead of Volkswagen (-9.9%) and Mercedes (-6.6%), all of them gaining share year-on-year. BMW (-36.4%) suffers from a particularly high year-ago result when it surged to #2 overall. Newcomer BYD is up to a record 6.7% share but drops one spot on December to #7.  Model-wise, the Kia Sportage (-21.1%) and Stonic (-24.7%) are on top like over the Full Year 2025, only with rankings exchanged. Now that we have access to actual monthly results (and not Top 30 YTD), we logically see some BYD models appear. The Atto 3 ranks at a fantastic third place, the Sealion 7 at #16 and the Dolphin Surf at #21. Toyota completes the Top 5 with the Yaris at #4...

It is followed by Opel (-19%) back up 16 spots on December but down sharply on a particularly strong year-ago result. Peugeot (-14.3%) is up 7 ranks to #3 bay also falls heavily YoY. In contrast Citroen (+34.1%) and Suzuki (+43.1%) surge ahead to complete the Top 5. Just outside the 10 best-sellers, Skoda (+116.9%) and Dacia (+64%) impress. Newcomer Chery is down for spots on a record December showing to a still stellar 1...
