First Top 10 finish in Moldova for the Geely Cityray. Data by our Central European partner CE Auto shows a Moldovan new car market up 13% year-on-year in June to 906 sales, leading to a H1 2025 tally up 7.2% to 4,710. This month the Top 10 is entirely composed of SUVs. The Kia Sportage (+48.7%) reclaims the lead for the month and edges past the Dacia Duster (-5.4%) in the YTD charts for just one unit. The Toyota RAV4 (-40.4%) is in freefall at #3, distancing the Hyundai Tucson and Skoda Kodiaq (-39%). We have a newcomer in the Top 10: the Geely Cityray landing directly at #7 with 2.4% share. The Honda CR-V also makes its returns inside the Top 10 at #10. North Macedonia June 2025: Toyota Corolla best-seller

The Toyota Corolla is the favourite vehicle in North Macedonia in June. According to data by our Central European partner CE Auto , the North Macedonian new car market is off -10.4% year-on-year in June to 653 sales, leading to a H1 2025 volume down -3.9% to 3,612. This month the Toyota Corolla (+35.7%) is the overall best-seller ahead of the Kia Sportage (+77.8%) and Skoda Octavia (+675%). The Skoda Kamiq (-37.5%) is down one spot on May to #4 and the Citroen C3 (-37.8%) is up one to #5. The Hyundai Tucson (+90%) is back inside the Top 10 at #7 while the Peugeot 2008 and VW Taigo return inside it also. The VinFast VF 3 is the best-selling vehicle in Vietnam in June. Data by VAMA and Hyundai show a Vietnamese market up a very solid 14.4% year-on-year in June to 36,174, leading to a year-to-date tally up 1st 17.5% to 187,215. This month once again we have access to exclusive data for local EV maker VinFast, which sends the overall market to 47,556 for the month and 254,784 over H1. VinFast again dominates the brands charts with 23.9% share vs. 26.5% over H1, it is followed by Toyota (+20%) at 13.1%, Thaco-Kia (+8.4%) at 10.1% and Hyundai (-16.8%) and Ford (-26%) both at 8.8%. Mitsubishi (+25.7%) overtakes Mazda (+12.5%) for 6th place. Model-wise, the VinFast VF 3 reclaims the #1 spot, passing the VinFast VF 5. Both models however evolve lower than their YTD levels at 7.7% vs. 9.1% share and 6.4% vs. 8.6% respectively. The Mitsubishi Xpander (+39.5%) soars five spots on May to #3, distancing the Mazda CX-5 (+19.1%) staying at #5 and the Mitsubishi Xforce (+50.9%) up 11 ranks to #5. Th...

Cyprus June 2025: Top 10 100% SUV, Dacia Duster, Kia EV3 shine

First Top 10 finish for the Kia EV3. According to our local partners SEMO Cyprus and INNOSOFT , new car sales in Cyprus edge down -4.9% year-on-year in June to 1,347. The H1 2025 tally is off -6.5% to 8,221. Kia (-36.2%) and Volkswagen (-15%) remain the two favourite carmakers in the country despite steep YoY falls. Hyundai (-27.3%) is also in trouble but climbs back up two spots on May to #3. Nissan (+7.7%) defies the negative market and stays at #4 while Toyota (-33.1%) freefalls at #5. The next five brands all post splendid grains. Jeep (+175%) and Skoda (+172.2%) are the most dynamic, followed by Dacia (+50%), Renault (+29.7%) and Mercedes (+7.3%). The Kia Stonic (-34.2%) is once again the best-selling model with 5.4% share even though it properly craters. At #2, the Hyundai Tucson (-47.6%) is in even poorer form. Pakistan June 2025: Suzuki Alto hits best volume in 3 years, market up 63.9%

The Suzuki Alto holds 43.6% of the Pakistani market in June. Local association PAMA has the Pakistani new light vehicle market (local production only) surging 63.9% year-on-year in June to 21,773, leading to a H1 2025 tally up 35.7% to 87,347. Note not all manufacturers present in Pakistan are members of PAMA such as Kia, Changan and MG notably and therefore don’t appear in these statistics. Also, Chery and Isuzu have stopped sharing data as well. In this context market leader Suzuki shoots up 92% to 60.7% share vs. 37.3% last month, its best since the 61.3% it hit last December. Toyota (+24.7%) is weaker at 16.9% share ahead of Honda (+65.1%) and Hyundai (+6.8%). Sazgar Haval (+55.5%) rounds out the Top 5. The Suzuki Alto (+118.2%) reaches its best share (43.6%) since April 2024 (45.5%) and its highest monthly volume (9,497) since March 2022 (9,814). The Tesla Model Y is the best-selling vehicle in Turkiye for the first time New light vehicle sales in Turkiye advance 16% year-on-year in June to 118,611 units. This is a new June record, eclipsing the previous best of 111,363 of June 2023 . The year-to-date tally adds up to 607,977, a new record also and the first time above 600,000 units at this stage of the year. The previous best was 577,981 last year . Mexico June 2025: Ram (+93.7%) highlights negative market

Mexican Ram sales almost double year-on-year in June. New light vehicle sales in Mexico drop -5.7% year-on-year in June to 116,062 units, meaning the H1 2025 tally is stable at -0.1% to 709,424. Nissan is also stable at a dominant 18.2% share, vastly outclassing #2 Chevrolet (-13.4%), in trouble. Volkswagen (-1.9%) overtakes Toyota (-2.6%) for third place with Kia (+5.7%) in solid shape rounding out the Top 5. Once again Ram (+93.7%) is the best performer in the Top 10, with all additional models in negative. Ram benefits from the success of smaller pickups such as the 700 (aka Fiat Strada) and 1200 (aka Peugeot Landtrek and Fiat Titano, pictured). Mazda (-21.4%) and MG (-10.7%) are hit the hardest while Ford (-0.2%) and Hyundai (-2.2%) minimise their loss. Further down, Changan (+215.8%) and Mitsubishi (+35.8%) stand out.
